Selection Process

Selection will be based on a combination of academic merit, relevant experience, and performance in a personal interview. The weightage is as follows:

• Academic Merit (Postgraduate Qualification): 60 Marks
• Relevant Experience: 20 Marks (Two marks for each completed year, up to a maximum of 20 marks. Pro-rata marks for periods less than one year but not below six months.)
• Personal Interview: 20 Marks

The total marks for selection is 100.
