Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be citizens of India.

Applicants must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) with a minimum of 60% marks.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in the Operation and Maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC)/Utility/Telecom devices within a Telecom Service Provider (TSP) or Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or in Enterprise business will be considered an added advantage.

The upper age limit for applicants is 40 years as of September 1, 2026.

Salary and Pay Scale

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000/-. Additionally, there is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) Linked Incentive of Rs. 10,000/- per month.

Selection Process

The selection process will be determined by KFON/CMD based on the requirements. It may include application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test, group discussion, skill test/proficiency test, an interview, or a combination of these methods.
