Eligibility Criteria

- Must have held a post in Telangana Judicial Ministerial Services not below the rank of Superintendent/Senior Civil Judge/Junior Civil Judge with a Law degree.

- Must be a Non-practicing Advocate with 5 years of practice, above 45 years of age, and possess a voluntary suspension certificate.
- Must be a Retired Gazetted Officer with a Law Degree who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test and exercised magisterial powers for 3 years.
The qualification required is Retired Judicial Officer or equivalent as per High Court ROC No.2589/95/E1 dated 29.03.1997.
