• PhD, or PG degree with two years of post-PG research experience.
• Experience in Randomized Controlled Trials and multicentre study coordination.

• Experience with REDCap software and data management.
• Working knowledge of Kannada is desirable but not mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:

• Three Years Graduate degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Clinical Research/Biochemistry/Public Health or related disciplines, plus three years of post-qualification experience.
• OR Post Graduate (PG) degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Clinical Research/Biochemistry/Public Health or related disciplines.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Prior research experience, preferably in RCTs.
• Proficiency in venipuncture is desirable.
• Laboratory skills such as handling and processing of biological samples, centrifugation, ELISA.
• Scientific writing skills.
• Fluency in spoken Kannada is essential.
• Experience with REDCap software and data management is desirable.

Age Limit

The age limit for both Project Research Scientist-I and Project Technical Support-III posts is 35 years.

Salary / Pay Scale

The remuneration for the posts is as follows:

• Project Research Scientist-I (Project Manager): Rs. 56,000 + 10% HRA
• Project Technical Support-III: Rs. 28,000 + 10% HRA
