Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for this recruitment:

• Must be a citizen of India.
• Must have passed the +3 Examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Must have passed a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
• Must have passed an Odia language test equivalent to the M.E. standard.

• Must have passed Matriculation or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
• Must have passed Revenue Inspector Training.
• Must have operating knowledge of Computer.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.

Candidates should be between 18 years and 42 years of age as on 07 September 2026. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per government rules.

The selection of candidates will be based on a multi-stage process which includes:

• Shorthand & Type Writing Test - 50 Marks
• Computer Science Practical Test - 100 Marks
• Viva Voce Test - 35 Marks

• English Written Test - 100 Marks
• Typewriting Test - 50 Marks
• Computer Science Practical Test - 100 Marks
• Viva Voce Test - 35 Marks

• Arithmetic - 100 Marks
• Technical Knowledge in Survey & Settlement - 50 Marks
• English - 50 Marks
• Handwriting in Odia - 20 Marks
• Practical Test and Viva Voce
