Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be residents of Uttar Pradesh and should possess a valid Uttar Pradesh domicile/residential certificate.

Educational Qualification

The essential qualification required is a B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. or an equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. This is subject to the educational eligibility prescribed in the applicable CST-UP R&D Guidelines.

Desirable Qualification/Experience:

• Experience/knowledge in antenna design, RF & microwave engineering, metasurfaces/metamaterials, 5G communication.
• Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST Microwave Studio / ANSYS HFSS, MATLAB, VNA.
• Experience in antenna measurement/testing.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is a maximum of 28 years as on 1 April 2026. This is subject to applicable CST-UP R&D Guidelines and prescribed reference dates/relaxations, if any.

Salary / Stipend

The selected candidate will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 28,000/- per month, as sanctioned by CST-UP. No House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be admissible unless specifically permitted by the sanction or guidelines.

Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via email about the date, time, and mode/venue of the interview. Original mark sheets, certificates, and self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents must be brought to the interview.
