Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be eligible for the Finance Analyst position.

Essential: MBA (Finance) or PGDBM/PGDBA specialized in finance from a recognized Institution.

Desirable:

• Experience in Data Analytical Tools/Accounting Tools/Softwares with proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Experience of working on Government PFMS Portal.
• Efficiency in MS-OFFICE (especially in Excel/Powerpoint).

At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounts matters in the social, private, or government sector.

The age of the applicant should be up to 50 years as on the last date for submitting the application.

Salary / Pay Scale

The consultant will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-. This amount will be decided based on the candidate's qualifications and experience by the Joint Selection Board of the GOI, Development Partner, and other nominated subject experts.

Selection Process

The selection process details are not fully specified. However, if a written test is included in the recruitment process, a minimum qualifying mark of 70% will be required. If the number of qualifying candidates is high, a ratio of 1:5 will be adopted for each vacancy, considering the top 5 candidates.
