How to Apply
The application process for the National AYUSH Mission Kolhapur District Programme Manager (AYUSH) post is strictly offline. Follow these step-by-step instructions carefully to ensure your application is submitted correctly:
- Obtain the Application Form: The application form is available as part of the official notification PDF. You need to download and print this form.
- Fill the Application Form: Fill in all the required details in the application form accurately and completely. Ensure there are no blank fields. Use capital letters where specified.
- Affix Photograph: Paste a recent passport-sized photograph in the designated space on the application form. Sign across the photograph to attest it. Keep another identical photograph ready for submission.
- Prepare Demand Draft (for Open Category): If you belong to the Open Category, obtain a Demand Draft of Rs. 150/- from any nationalized bank. The DD should be payable to "Kolhapur District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society." Remember to write your full name on the backside of the Demand Draft.
- Gather Required Documents: Collect attested photocopies of all necessary documents as listed in the "Documents Required" section. This includes educational certificates, birth/school leaving certificate, experience certificates, and category certificate (if applicable).
- Attach Documents: Securely attach all the attested photocopies and the original Demand Draft (if applicable) to your filled application form.
- Submit the Application: Your completed application, along with all attachments, must be submitted in person at the following address:

- Submission Timings: Applications will be accepted from June 10, 2026, to June 18, 2026, during office hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on working days only (excluding public holidays).
- Verify Before Submission: Before handing over your application, double-check that all details are correct, all required documents are attached, and the Demand Draft (if applicable) is included and correctly made out.
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. It is advisable to submit your application well in advance to avoid any last-minute rush or issues.
