Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: 63 years (as on 30.09.2026)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• A Degree/Diploma in an HR-related field or LLB will be considered an additional qualification.

Experience:

• For retired CPSE officers: At least 20 years of service experience, including 03 years in the grade of E-6 and above.
• For retired Govt. officers: At least 20 years of service experience, including 03 years in the grade of Deputy Secretary and above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of working on computers.
• Well-versed in HR/Administration related Rules and Regulations of CPSE/Govt. of India.
• Self-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Age Limit: 30 years (as on 30.09.2026)

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech. (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology) or MCA from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience:

• No prior experience is required.
• Candidates with knowledge of web technologies, databases, or Government e-Governance applications will be preferred.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Consultant (HR): Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,45,000/- per month consolidated (Negotiable). For retired Govt. officers, the remuneration will be as per DoPT guidelines.
• Young Associate (IT): Rs. 45,000/- (Fixed) per month (Negotiable).
