The National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) has released a recruitment notice for filling up three posts on a deputation basis. These positions are for Assistant Registrar, Accounts Officer, and Audit Officer. The recruitment is being conducted by the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
This recruitment is for experienced professionals working in Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Organisations. The selected candidates will be appointed initially for a period of three years.
The last date for submitting applications is within 30 days of the advertisement publication. As the advertisement was dated 20 September 2026, the last date to apply is 19 October 2026.

Candidates must be working in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Organisations. Specific eligibility criteria for each post are detailed below:
Assistant RegistrarOfficers holding analogous posts or with 5 years of service in posts carrying Level 7 of the pay matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent, having experience in the relevant field.
Accounts OfficerEducational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
Experience: Officers working in Central/ State Government/ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs/ Cooperative Organization/ Recognized Universities/ Training Institutes etc., holding an analogous post or with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government Organization/ Cooperative Department/ Cooperative Organization in the level of Pay Matrix Level-7 as per 7th CPC or equivalent.
Audit OfficerEducational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
Experience: Officers working in Central/ State Government/ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs/ Cooperative Organization/ Recognized Universities/ Training Institutes etc., holding an analogous post or with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government Organization/ Cooperative Department/ Cooperative Organization in the level of Pay Matrix Level-7 as per 7th CPC or equivalent.
Note: Departmental candidates in the feeder cadre and in the direct line of promotion are not eligible for deputation.
The maximum age limit for all posts should not exceed 56 years as on the date of the advertisement publication (20 September 2026).
The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Matrix Level-9 (₹53,100–1,67,800) as per 7th CPC, along with usual allowances as admissible to Central Government employees.
The NCCT will shortlist candidates based on the prescribed criteria. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. The dates of the interview will be communicated via email.
