The NCDC is looking to fill a total of three positions:

• System Administrator: 2 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the age and educational qualification requirements for the respective posts.

The maximum age limit for both System Administrator and Graphic Designer posts is 45 years. The age is to be calculated as of 05 June 2025.

For System Administrator:

• Essential: B.E./B. Tech. in Computer/IT or M.Sc. (IT/CS) or M.C.A. or higher from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on working experience in Windows/Linux.
• Proficiency required in Windows/Linux, Operating System Management, Apache, Tomcat.
• Desirable qualifications include experience with integrating open source and third-party systems, familiarity with CI/CD, source control systems (SVN, GIT, RTC), and exposure to Government projects.

For Graphic Designer:

• Essential: Graduate with a Diploma/Certificate course in Graphic Designing/Multi-Media/Video Creation/Editing.
• Experience: At least 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Desirable skills include proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, and experience in designing logos, banners, social media graphics, and posters.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration per month:

• System Administrator: Rs. 75,000/-
• Graphic Designer: Rs. 45,000/-

These amounts are consolidated and do not include any other allowances, financial benefits, concessions, or medical facilities.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a screening cum selection mode. After scrutiny of applications, eligible candidates will be informed via email to appear for an interview with a specified date and time.
