Vacancy Details

A total of 02 vacancies are announced for the Assistant Manager/ Operations post. These vacancies are for the Unreserved (UR) category.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria as on 24/09/2026:

Engineering Graduate (Full Time) degree from a UGC recognized Indian University/ Deemed University or AICTE approved course from Autonomous Indian Institutions.

Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in Systems operations, maintenance, development, Digital systems, IoT, electronics, cyber physical systems for SCADA, Rail-based systems, safety systems etc.

Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age relaxation will be provided to NCRTC employees, SC/ST, OBC-NCL, and PwBD candidates as per government rules.

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be placed in the E2 level with a pay scale of Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000 (IDA).

Emoluments will include Basic Pay, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), HRA/Lease at applicable rates, and Perks and Allowances under Cafeteria Approach.

For candidates from the private sector, the minimum CTC should be Rs. 11.10 lakhs per annum.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of two stages:

1. Written Test/ CBT (80% Weightage)
2. Interview (20% Weightage)

NCRTC will verify the eligibility of candidates with original documents on the date of the interview.
