Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a full-time MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate degree in Project Management/Operations Management/Finance/Agribusiness/Rural Management or an equivalent discipline from a recognized Institute/ University.

A minimum of 12 years of work experience in a relevant field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Project Management and Capacity Building from Central or State Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies, especially in the Agri-Horti Sector.

Strong knowledge of government rules, compliance frameworks, and project management is essential. Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills are also required. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, etc., is necessary.

Experience in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-infrastructure, Value-chain development, Rural Development, or allied sectors will be an added advantage.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 48 years as on 1st November 2026.

Age relaxation is applicable:

• By 5 years for SC/ST candidates (up to 53 years).
• By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates (up to 51 years).

Emoluments (Salary)

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 80,000/- per month. This amount is subject to change as per the company's requirement.

During the contract period, no other allowances will be paid for working on holidays or beyond office hours. However, the candidate will be entitled to leaves as per the Corporation's rules for contract employees. Increments may be provided as per policy.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a Walk-in Interview.

Important Instructions
