Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be local residents of the Union Territory of Ladakh and possess a Ladakh Residence Certificate or Domicile Certificate.
Educational Qualification and Experience: - Manager - Human Resources (NHM): Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Healthcare Management/Public Health from a recognized University/Institution. Preference for candidates with a Master's in HRM and PG in Public Health with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Manager - Referral Services (NHM): PG/PGDM in Hospital Administration/Health Management/Operations/Public Health from a recognized University/Institution with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing Emergency Response Systems.
- Manager - BEMMP & Infrastructure Programs (NHM):
- Option-I: B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- OR Option-II: B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering along with a Master's Degree/PG Diploma in Management/Hospital Administration with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's Degree. - State Law Officer (NHM): LLB from a recognized Institute with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Government or Private sector in a relevant field.
- Accountant ABDM/AB- PMJAY: B.Com from a recognized University/Institution.
- HMIS Manager - ABDM (Kargil): BE/B.Tech or any Engineering Degree; OR MBA/PG Diploma in Management; OR Master's in Public Health/MBBS/BDS from a recognized institution.

Salary / Pay Scale
The monthly pay for the posts ranges from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- as detailed in the vacancy section.
Selection Process
The selection process for most posts includes evaluation based on Academic Qualification (60 marks), Relevant Experience (20 marks), and Viva-Voce (20 marks), totaling 100 marks. For the Accountant post, Academic Qualification is weighted at 50 marks for B.Com and 10 marks for M.Com.
In cases where the number of eligible candidates exceeds ten times the number of advertised posts, shortlisting will be done based on basic academic qualification.

Important Instructions
- Appointments are on a contractual basis under the National Health Mission, UT Ladakh. The initial contract term is up to 31st March 2027, with renewal based on performance and scheme continuation.
