Vacancy Details

NIT Kurukshetra is filling a total of 4 vacancies for Junior Engineer positions.

• Junior Engineer (Civil): 03 posts (02 for Unreserved (UR), 01 for Scheduled Caste (SC))
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 01 post (01 for Other Backward Classes (OBC))

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and age limits to be considered for these positions.

• For Junior Engineer (Civil):
  • B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
  • OR First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering with an excellent academic record.
• For Junior Engineer (Electrical):
  • B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
  • OR First Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering with an excellent academic record.

The age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years at the time of engagement.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 56,640/- per month. This is a fixed salary for the contractual period.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in a walk-in interview. Candidates are required to report for document verification first, followed by the interview.

The engagement is purely contractual for one year. It may be terminated by either side with one month's prior notice or payment in lieu of notice.

• Original certificates
• One set of attested copies of certificates
• A recent passport-size photograph
• An original identity card
