Vacancy Details

NIT Nagaland is looking to fill one (01) vacancy for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a research project funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be considered for the JRF position.

Essential:

• M.E. / M. Tech / M.S / M.Sc or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Physics.
• Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA out of 10 in their Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degrees.
• A valid GATE or NET score is mandatory.

Desirable:

• Working experience in materials science-related research.

The selected Junior Research Fellow will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 37,000/- per month plus 10% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
