Salary

Executive Trainees will receive a competitive remuneration package.
Stage Pay Scale / Emoluments
Training Period (6 months) Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- plus Dearness Allowance (IDA) as per Company rules.
Post-Training (Assistant Manager) Pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/-, with initial Basic Pay fixed at Rs. 60,000/- per month. Entitled to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites under Cafeteria Approach, PF, Gratuity, PRP, and other allowances and benefits as applicable under NSL rules.
