Educational Qualification Discipline-specific engineering/professional degree from UGC/AICTE/Government of India recognized Universities/Institutions.
Minimum Marks (UR, EWS, OBC) 60% aggregate in qualifying degree/diploma.
Minimum Marks (SC/ST/PwD) 50% aggregate in qualifying degree/PG Degree/PG Diploma.
Minimum Marks (Departmental SC/ST/PwD) 45% aggregate in qualifying degree/PG Degree/PG Diploma.
Minimum Marks (Departmental UR, OBC) 55% aggregate in qualifying degree/PG Degree/PG Diploma.
Final Year Candidates Eligible to apply, but must pass the qualifying examination before GD & Interview and produce the final pass certificate at the time of GD & Interview.

Salary

Executive Trainees will receive a competitive remuneration package.
Stage Pay Scale / Basic Pay
Training (6 months) Basic Pay Rs. 50,000/- plus Dearness Allowance (IDA)
Post-training (Assistant Manager) Pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/-, with initial Basic Pay fixed at Rs. 60,000/- per month. Entitled to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites under Cafeteria Approach, PF, Gratuity, PRP, and other allowances.
