PCCF HoFF Assam Recruitment 2026: Contractual Engagement for Computer Assistant & GIS Analyst

The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force (PCCF HoFF), Assam has announced a recruitment drive for contractual positions. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements to be considered for these positions.

The age of the applicant should be between a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as on 1st January 2026.

• Graduation in any discipline.
• One year Diploma in Computer Application from any Government recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Forestry sector.
• Must be well-versed with Office software.
• Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in Externally Aided Projects.

• Master's degree in GIS and Remote Sensing.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with spatial software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine).
• Must be well-versed with Office software.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a fixed remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for both the Computer Assistant and GIS Analyst positions.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed and called for the interview. No travelling allowance or other allowances will be paid for attending the interview.
