Eligibility Criteria

Work Experience Teacher - Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed Degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE recognized institution/University.
- Proficiency to teach through Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Vocational Instructor - B.E., B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronic & Communication Engineering) from a recognized university/institute with minimum 50% marks.
- Any of the following from a recognized university/Institute:
- B.Ed (Special Education) with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed (General) with at least 50% marks along with one year Diploma in Special Education.
- B.Ed (General) with at least 50% marks along with two years Diploma in Special Education.
- B.Ed (General) with at least 50% marks along with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD).
- B.Ed Special Education with at least 50% marks and Post graduate professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC).
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation).
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disability: Physical and Neurological).
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Locomotor impairment and Cerebral Palsy).
- Secondary Level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment.
- Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.
- BA B.Ed with at least 50% marks in Visual Impairment.
- Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI.
Qualified in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Elementary Stage) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Registration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with a valid CRR number. Note: BA B.Ed. in Visual Impairment is an integrated course of graduation and B.Ed. Special Education, so a separate graduation degree is not required in this case. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications. Working knowledge of English and Hindi Bhartiya Bhasha. TGT Special Educator The qualification for TGT Special Educator is the same as mentioned under Vocational Instructor (Point 2 and 3).
