Criteria Requirement
Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized/approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. The result of the qualifying examination must have been declared on or before 09.08.2026.
Nationality/Citizenship A Citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, or a Person of Indian Origin migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India. (Candidates in the last four categories must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India before the notification date).
Local Language Requirement Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the specified local language of the state for which the candidate is applying.
Post-Qualification Experience Minimum one year of work experience in Clerical/Officer Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the RBI Act, 1934, as on 09.08.2026.
