Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the educational qualifications and other eligibility requirements for each post. The specific qualifications are detailed below:

  • Clerk: Graduate with second division or above from a recognized University. Must have Punjabi up to Matric level. Requires a minimum 120 hours computer course with practical experience from a recognized institution, or a DOEACC "O" Level Computer Certificate. Candidates must qualify Punjabi and English typing tests at the required speed.
  • Lab Attendant (Soil and Water Analysis): Passed 10+2 examination with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related subjects). Must have Punjabi up to Matric level.
  • Lab Executive (IT & Electronics Network): First Class Diploma/BCA/B.Sc in Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or Computer Science Engineering. Must have passed Punjabi language examination up to Matric level or equivalent.
  • Chowkidar cum Mali: Passed Matric with Punjabi from a recognized board. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Government Department, Autonomous Body, or reputed organization. Candidates with watch and ward training from a recognized organization will be preferred.
  • Sweeper: Passed Matriculation with Punjabi Language as one of the subjects from a recognized institution.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for all posts is 37 years as on 01 August 2026.

Fixed emoluments equal to the minimum pay without allowances will be paid during the probation period of 3 years, as per Punjab Government notifications.

Selection Process
