• Qualified Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, preceded by 10+2 in a regular classroom course.
• OR
• Qualified Cost and Management Accountants from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, preceded by 10+2 in a regular classroom course.

The age should not exceed 35 years as on the application deadline. However, relaxation up to 45 years of age can be considered for deserving cases with commensurate, relevant prior experience, based on Management discretion.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for candidates aged up to 35 years. This experience should be in areas like Corporate Finance, Fund Raising through Capital Market Instruments (NCD, CP etc.), Treasury, and related fields in Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Banks, or Financial Institutions. For further age relaxation, additional commensurate experience would be necessary.
