The Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant has announced 03 vacancies for the Proficiency Training of Dresser Cum Compounder (Male).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Proficiency Training:

• Intermediate (10+2) with Science from a university or institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
• OR Diploma or Certificate Course in Dresser/Compounder from a recognized university/institution.
• OR B.Sc (Nursing).
• OR Diploma or Certificate course in General/Auxiliary Nursing & Midwife (GNM/ANM) from an Institute/College affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
• Certificate of Registration (If applicable).

• Upper Age Limit: 30 years (as on the date of the walk-in interview).
• Relaxation in Upper Age Limit: 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Minimum Age: 18 years.

All certificates supporting eligibility must be valid on the date of the walk-in interview. For OBC-NCL and EWS categories, certificates should be valid for the Financial Year 2025-26 (issued on or after 1st April 2026).

Stipend and Allowances

During the 18-month training period, trainees will receive:

• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 10,000/-
• Knowledge Enhancement Allowance: Up to Rs. 7,020/- per month, linked to attendance. The allowance rate is Rs. 260/- per working day for 20 days or more attendance, and Rs. 130/- per working day for 15-19 days attendance. No allowance is paid for less than 15 days attendance.

Selection Process

Selection for the Proficiency Training will be based on the candidate's performance in a walk-in interview. If there is a tie in the final score, candidates with higher marks in their qualifying examination (10+2, B.Sc., or Diploma/Certificate course) will be given preference. Candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility and the validity of their certificates before appearing for the interview.
