| Educational Qualification | - Warden (KGBV): BA/BSc + B.Ed. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard. Preference will be given to widows, destitute women, or divorcees who can produce a valid certificate from a competent authority.
- Part Time Teacher (Arts) (KGBV): BA + B.Ed. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard. Preference will be given to Arts Graduates having English as Hons.
- Part Time Teacher (Math/Science) (KGBV): BSc + B.Ed. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard.
- Part Time Teacher (Sanskrit) (KGBV): BA with Sanskrit or Sahitya Acharya. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard.
- Part Time Teacher (Sanskrit) (NCSBAV): BA with Sanskrit or Sahitya Acharya. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard.
- Part Time Teacher (Math/Science) (NCSBAV): BSc + B.Ed. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard.
- Part Time Teacher (English) (NCSBAV): BA + B.Ed. Candidates must have studied Odia as a MIL up to the 10th Standard or passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Matriculation standard. Preference will be given to Arts Graduates having English as Hons.
- Accountant (NCSBAV): B.Com with DCA.
