Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post.
Professor in Sports Management / Management Eligibility is met if candidates satisfy either condition A or B:
- A: Possess a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline with high-quality published work, actively engaged in research with at least 10 research publications in UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120. Minimum ten years of teaching experience in University/College as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, or equivalent research experience, with successful guidance of doctoral candidates.
- B: An outstanding professional with a Ph.D. degree in relevant/allied/applied disciplines from any academic institution or industry, who has made significant contributions to knowledge in the concerned discipline, supported by documentary evidence, and has ten years of experience.
Finance & Accounts Officer (FAO) - Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above, or 8 years in Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor, with experience in Educational Administration.
- Alternatively, comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions, or 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
Librarian - Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- At least 10 years as a Librarian in a University Library, or 10 years of teaching as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science, or 10 years of experience as a College Librarian.
- Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration.
- A Ph.D. degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript Keeping.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for the posts is 55 years as on 1 September 2026.
Application Fee
A non-refundable Application Processing Fee of Rs. 1,000.00 (Rupees one thousand) is applicable for each post. This fee must be paid through the online portal.
Salary / Pay Scale
The selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay scale of Rs. 1,44,200 - 2,18,200 per month.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve shortlisting of candidates. If a large number of applications are received for a post, the University may conduct a written test or adopt a marking system for shortlisting. Call letters for interviews will be sent via email to shortlisted candidates. The University reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement or modify the selection process.
