Selection Process

Stage Process
Stage 1 Shortlisting of candidates.
Stage 2 Personal Interview at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad.
Optional Test SIDBI may conduct an online Psychometric Test or any other suitable test to assess personality, communication level, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and suitability for the post.
Merit List Prepared in descending order based solely on interview scores. In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranked higher).

Consultant Credit Analyst (CCA) ₹12.00 lakh per annum (CTC)

The remuneration is on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, inclusive of fixed and variable components. Additional facilities such as Group Insurance will also be provided, and an annual increment will be considered based on periodic performance review. The salary includes a variable component of 10%, released subject to satisfactory performance.
