Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and experience requirements for the posts they are applying for.

• Regular Full-time B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in a relevant field from a recognized Institute/University.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in an Engineering capacity. Out of this, 05 years should be as S.E. and/or C.E. (after obtaining the requisite degree) in PWD (B&R), Haryana or equivalent in Central Govt.
• Desirable: Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E./M.Tech.
• Desirable expertise: More than 10 years of experience in the specified area of expertise.

• Person from the post of Nursing Sister & above of any State Govt./ Centre Govt.
• Having 3-5 years' experience in the relevant field.
• Desirable expertise: 03-05 years of experience in the specified area of expertise.

Age Limit

There is no maximum age limit for the engagement of Consultants/Technical Advisor. The age is to be calculated as on 26.09.2025.

Remuneration / Salary

The remuneration for the positions is as follows:

• Technical Advisor: Rs. 4000/- per visit (Maximum up to Rs. 50,000/- per month)
• Junior Consultant: Rs. 35,000/- per month OR Rs. 3000/- per visit (Maximum up to Rs. 35,000/-)

Consultants/Technical Advisors will not be entitled to any allowances like Dearness Allowance, Transport facility, Residential Accommodation, Personal Staff, and Medical Reimbursement.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on an interview. The Selection Committee will assess the performance of the candidates during the interview.
