Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements:
Educational Qualification - Guest Lecturer: Minimum educational qualification as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Guest Teaching Assistant: Minimum 55% marks in Post Graduation. For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Differently-abled candidates, a minimum of 50% marks in Post Graduation is required.
Age Limit The maximum age limit for Guest Lecturer and Guest Teaching Assistant is 65 years.
Note: In case of equal marks in the merit list for candidates of the same category, preference will be given to the original resident of Chhattisgarh.

Important Instructions
- Selected candidates must provide an affidavit stating that no criminal case is pending against them in any police station or court. They must also declare that they are not employed in any other government/semi-government service and their services were not terminated previously due to unsatisfactory performance.
- If a selected candidate fails to join duty within the stipulated time, they will not be included in future selection processes.
- The services of Guest Lecturers and others will not be a basis for regularization in the future.
- These appointees will not be considered part of the university's establishment and will not be considered public servants.
- Absence for 15 consecutive days will lead to automatic termination of services.
- Candidates must maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the head of the institution.
- Apart from teaching, they will assist in administrative tasks such as admissions, examinations, student union elections, scheme operations, cultural activities, sports, internal examinations, and NAAC evaluation work as directed.
- Complaints regarding teaching or other work may lead to immediate termination of services, and the candidate will be ineligible for future academic sessions.
