Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for this position:

• Nationality: Indian citizens
• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in land acquisition, revenue, record, searching, mutation, conversion etc. This experience should be from PSUs, banks, real estate companies, or any private organization.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of Land Laws of West Bengal and Public Premises Act.
• Clear understanding of statutory clearances from government departments like KMC building by-laws, West Bengal Municipal Building Rule, WBFES, and Environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment and Forest.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for candidates is 50 years as on 01.09.2026.

Salary

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 57,000/- per month.
