TISS is hiring for 2 Nurse positions. The posts are unreserved, but candidates from reserved categories can also apply.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Nurse post, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements.

Candidates should have completed Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) OR General Nursing Midwifery (GNM).

A minimum of three to five years of experience as a Nurse in a hospital is required.

The age limit for applicants is below 65 years as on 30th September 2026.

Note: TISS reserves the right to relax qualification, experience, or age limit in exceptional cases, especially for those already holding similar positions in government departments, research institutions, or industry.

Application Fee

The application fee structure is as follows:

• General Candidates: Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST/PWD Candidates: Rs. 125/- (with required certificate)
• Women Applicants: Waived from payment of application fees.

The fee must be paid online. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary ranging from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month. The exact salary will be based on the candidate's experience and qualification.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email to appear for a Personal Interaction (Interview) at TISS, Mumbai. Online Personal Interactions will not be entertained.
