• Program Officer (PO): Post graduate degree in Social work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management from a recognized University. OR Graduate in the same fields with 2 years of experience in project formulation/implementation, monitoring, and supervision, preferably in Woman & Child Development/Social Welfare. • Accountant (ACCT): Graduate in Commerce or Mathematics from a recognized university with at least 1 year of experience in the desired field. Must have computer skills and command on Tally.
• Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (DEO): 12th pass from a recognized Board/Equivalent Board with a Diploma/Certificate in Computers. At least 1 year of experience working with a Govt./Non-Government Organization.
• Account Assistant (AA): 12th Pass from a recognized Board/Equivalent Board with Commerce (Accounts group), and a Diploma/Certificate in Computers. At least 1 year of experience working with a Govt./NGO-Govt. Organisation.
• Program Assistant (PA): Any Degree (10+2+3 pattern) with basic knowledge in computer and data entry skills.
• IT Supervisor (ITS): A graduate with at least a diploma in computers/IT etc., with a minimum of 3 years' experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting formats, and video conferencing at the state or district level with government or Non-Governmental/IT-based organizations. Fluency in English and Tamil languages is required. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Child Helpline and any other Emergency helpline services.
