Documents Required
When applying for UTET 2026, candidates will need to upload certain documents and keep others ready for verification purposes. While the notification does not list every single document, based on standard government application procedures, you should prepare the following:
- Recent Passport-sized Photograph: A clear, recent photograph with a light background. Ensure it meets the specified dimensions and file size.
- Signature: A scanned image of your signature, usually on white paper with black ink.
- Identity Proof: A valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
- Educational Certificates:
- Mark sheets and certificates for Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
- Mark sheets and certificates for Graduation/Post-Graduation (if applicable).
- Mark sheets and certificates for your teaching diploma/degree (D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.Ed, BTC, Special Education Diploma, etc.).
- Category Certificate (if applicable): For candidates applying under SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories, a valid caste/category certificate issued by the competent authority of Uttarakhand state.
- Domicile Certificate: Proof of residence in Uttarakhand, if required for specific benefits or eligibility.
- Other Relevant Certificates: Any other certificates mentioned in the detailed information brochure that are specific to your eligibility (e.g., for Shiksha Mitras or in-service teachers).
Always ensure that all scanned documents are clear, legible, and adhere to the specified file format and size limits mentioned in the online application portal. Incorrect or unclear documents can lead to rejection of your application.
