Shortlisted candidates must prepare the following original documents and self-attested copies for document verification:
- Recent passport-size photographs (2 copies)
- Matriculation certificate as proof of date of birth
- Class XII pass certificate and marksheet
- APST certificate, if applicable
- Permanent Resident Certificate, if applicable
- Diploma in Computer Application certificate (AICTE/APCTE recognised) for post codes 17/26, 20/26, 22/26 and 23/26
- Intimation letter to the Head of Department, for candidates in regular government service
- PwBD certificate, if applying under the PwBD quota
- Discharge book and Pay and Pension Order (PPO), for Ex-Servicemen
- Admit card and a printout of the online application form
