Important Notes from the Official Result Notice

APSSB has provided important clarifications in the result notice regarding unfilled vacancies and the revision of the result:

• Unfilled Vacancies: Several vacancies in Constable Band (IRBn) Post Code 5/26, Constable Bugler (IRBn) Post Code 6/26, and Constable Civil Police (Female) Post Code 8/26 could not be filled due to a lack of eligible candidates or because candidates did not select these post codes in their applications. Waitlists for these specific post codes have not been maintained.
• Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) Category: 12 vacancies reserved for Ex-Servicemen candidates in Constable Band IRBn 5/26, Constable Civil Police Male 9/26, and Fireman 10/26 could not be filled due to the unavailability of eligible ExSM candidates. A waitlist for ExSM candidates has not been maintained.
• Revised Result Reason: The result was revised following a grievance from a candidate (Roll No. 1054288) eligible for One Time Age Relaxation (OTR) who was initially left out. Additionally, 3 candidates (Roll Nos. 1040481, 1047835, and 1022529) disqualified in PET/PST for Post Code 9/26 were delisted, leading to changes in post allotments and the waitlist.
• Verification Clause: The Appointing Authority will verify the character, antecedents, documents, and certificates of selected candidates before final appointment. Provisional recommendation does not guarantee appointment.

Instructions for Selected and Waitlisted Candidates

• Carefully check your Roll Number against the full result list in the PDF to confirm your post allotment and category.
• If your name appears with a "#" symbol, you have been granted benefit under the One Time Age Relaxation (OTR) provision.
• If your post has changed from a previous notification, read the remarks beside your Roll Number carefully for explanations (e.g., disqualification or vacancy exhaustion).
• Selection is provisional and subject to final verification by the concerned Appointing Authority.
