The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released the IBPS RRB Clerk Reserve List 2026 on 30th June 2026 for candidates who appeared in the CRP RRBs-XIV recruitment cycle. Candidates who were not allotted a bank in the main result can now log in to the official IBPS portal with their registration number and password/date of birth to check their provisional allotment status under the reserve list. The list currently covers 26 participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), and shortlisted candidates will also be informed through email and SMS on their registered contact details.
A reserve list is a backup panel that IBPS prepares after declaring the final result of the CRP RRBs-XIV exam. Once the primary list of selected candidates is allotted to participating banks, some vacancies remain unfilled because certain selected candidates do not join within the deadline, resign shortly after joining, or get rejected at the document verification stage. To ensure every sanctioned post is filled, IBPS draws candidates from the reserve panel, based on merit, category, and the number of vacancies still open, and provisionally allots them to a Regional Rural Bank for the Office Assistant/Customer Service Associate (Clerk) post.
