Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their higher education in the development/rural stream and have worked in the development sector.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates for the Aspirational Block Fellow post will receive a monthly stipend.

• Stipend: Rs. 55,000 per month

The initial tenure for the Aspirational Block Fellow will be one year. This can be extended for another year based on satisfactory performance and contribution to the program's objectives.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Aspirational Block Fellow post involves two main stages:
