Selection Process

Computer Proficiency Test SchemeThe Computer Proficiency Test will have two parts:
- Part-A: Test designed to assess candidates through MCQs (20% of Total Marks).
- Part-B: A computer-based assessment test covering:
- Preparing a model document and organizing it in a formatted manner, including typing speed, inserting tables, images, WordArt, mail merge, etc. (25% of Total Marks).
- Organizing and inserting different objects (15% of Total Marks).
- Preparing an Excel Sheet with data, formatting, merging/splitting cells, using formulae, conditional formatting, and preparing graphs (20% of Total Marks).
- Preparing a PowerPoint presentation with standard layouts, content, images, tables, transition effects, and animation (20% of Total Marks).
Typing speed evaluation may be mandatory for qualifying based on existing norms.
