• Senior Manager: Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or Ph.D. in Science.
• Manager: Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or Ph.D. in Science.
• Technical Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Master's degree in Science.

• Senior Manager: 12 years of relevant experience in R&D, programme management, technology development, mission-mode projects, or innovation ecosystem management.
• Manager: 8 years of relevant experience in R&D, programme management, technology development, mission-mode projects, or innovation ecosystem management.
• Technical Coordinator: Experience requirements are not specified in the official notification for this post.

Note: Time spent on obtaining minimum essential qualifications does not count towards experience. Time spent on obtaining a doctorate degree may count towards experience under specific conditions.
