Application Fee

Salary / Pay Scale

Contractual employees will receive a consolidated monthly salary based on the existing CPC (Level-1) along with Dearness Allowance as per government rules.

The remuneration for 08 hours of work per day will be calculated at 1/30th of the basic pay + Dearness Allowance of the relevant pay scale.

A 3% annual increment in basic pay is admissible, subject to satisfactory performance during the contract period.

House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided if quarters are not made available by AWEIL units.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Trade Test/Practical Test conducted by the Academy of Weapon Technology & Management, Ichapur.

The selection process involves the following stages:

1. Trade Test/Practical Test: Candidates will be shortlisted for the Trade Test based on the cut-off percentage determined by the Academy of Weapon Technology & Management, Ichapur, on their total marks obtained in NCTVT.
2. Merit List Preparation: A merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks obtained in the NCTVT examination (80% weightage) and the Trade Test/Practical Test (20% weightage).
3. Document Verification: Candidates qualifying in both the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test will be called for document verification in order of merit.

The ratio of vacancies to candidates called for document verification will be 1:10.
