Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specific educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post. All courses must be full-time. Online or part-time courses will not be accepted.

• Procurement- Senior Consultant: Master's in Supply Chain/ Public Procurement/Project Management/MBA or equivalent. Minimum Seven years of experience in government procurement, including audits, tendering, contract negotiation, and compliance. Experience with GeM portal, CPPP, and World Bank/ADB Procurement procedures is desirable.
• Legal Consultant: Bachelor of Laws (LLB/BA LLB). Minimum Two years of post-qualification experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in healthcare, government, or public sector institutions. Prior experience in arbitration, institutional compliance audits, policy drafting, contract management, and accreditation related legal frameworks is desirable.
• IT Technical - Senior Consultant: Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA)/M.sc (IT)/M. Tech (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized institution. Minimum Seven years of experience in IT support roles within healthcare or institutional settings. Working knowledge of hospital software systems, network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and user training/documentation support is desirable.
• Architect Consultant: Master's degree in architecture. Minimum Two years of professional experience in architectural design, spatial layouts, or institutional infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketcUp, Revit, etc., COA registration, and knowledge of NBC, UDCPR, and accessibility norms are desirable.
• Hospital Quality Management- Consultant: Master's In Hospital Administration/Public Health. Minimum Two years of experience in hospital quality/management. Experience in getting a hospital accredited in NABH/JCI system of accreditation is required. Prior experience in facility audits, SOP Development, and institutional accreditation (e.g., NABH, JCI) is desirable.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the following stages:
