In addition to the consolidated remuneration, selected candidates will receive:
- A consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per year towards expenses like insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc., paid in two equal installments.
- Required to obtain a Medical Insurance cover for Rs. 2 lakhs per annum and Life Cover Insurance for Rs. 5 lakhs per annum, to be submitted at the time of joining.
- Eligible for TA/DA and Hotel accommodation as per Company's Travelling Allowance Rules when on Movement Order.
- Entitled to Local Conveyance (only for official duty) as applicable to the Bengaluru Unit.
- Candidates posted outside the Bengaluru Unit will receive an Area allowance on a monthly basis at the rate of 10% of the consolidated remuneration.
- Lunch allowance of Rs. 150/- per day for duties outside factory premises for 3 hours or more during shifts. (Not applicable if receiving Area Allowance).
- Retention Bonus: Candidates completing an overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled to a Retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year, payable at the end of 4 years (Total Rs. 1,00,000/-).
