Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Attender post:

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 22 and 40 years of age as on the specified date (date not specified in the notification).

Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed the 10th Standard examination.

Experience: Ability to read and write the local language is preferred.

Salary and Remuneration

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary and other allowances:

• Consolidated Salary: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 19,000 per month.
• Annual Performance Incentive: Rs. 1000 every year, based on satisfactory review/performance.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): Rs. 1000 per month on declaration basis.
• Mobile Allowance: Rs. 300 per month.
• Annual Medical Allowance: Rs. 5000 on declaration basis.
• Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules.

The contract will be valid for a period of 3 years, subject to annual review and renewal. The contract can be continued till the retirement age of 60 years or the project period, whichever is earlier, based on satisfactory performance.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on an Interview only.
