Documents Required

• Demand Draft (DD): The original Demand Draft for the prescribed application fee (if applicable). Ensure your name and post applied for are written on the backside.
• Passport Size Photograph: One recent passport size colour photograph, securely pasted on the designated space in the application form.
• Age Proof: Self-attested copy of your Matriculation/SSLC/10th standard certificate as proof of date of birth. Documents like Transfer Certificate (TC), Passport, or Registration Certificate will not be accepted as age proof.
• Educational Qualification Certificates: Self-attested copies of all essential educational qualification certificates (e.g., 12th Class, Degree, Diploma, Post-graduate degree) as required for the specific post.
• Experience Certificates: Self-attested copies of documents supporting your work experience, if applicable and required for the post (e.g., for Social Worker, UDC).
• PwBD Certificate: Self-attested copy of the certificate in support of your claim under the Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) quota, if applicable. This is essential for availing age relaxation.
• For Serving Employees (through proper channel):
  • Vigilance Clearance certificate.
  • APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the last five years, duly attested on each page by a Group 'A' Gazetted Officer.
  • Detailed statement and nature of experience.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer, stating that you will be spared for joining if selected.
• Identity Proof: While not explicitly listed for submission, it is generally advisable to keep a copy of a valid government-issued identity proof (like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID) handy for verification purposes at later stages.
