Selection Process

Important Instructions

• The appointment is on a contractual basis for a specified period, up to 31.03.2027.
• The maximum duration of engagement for YP-II is three years or the duration of the post, whichever is earlier.
• Services can be terminated at any time if work and conduct are not satisfactory, or due to non-release of funds by the funding agency.
• Selected candidates must execute an agreement on a Non-judicial Stamped paper of Rs. 15/- before joining.
• TA/DA will be payable equivalent to Grade-IV employees as per CCS HAU TA Rules.
• Ph.D. students must produce an NOC from the Dean PGS at the time of the interview.
• The engagement is full-time, and candidates are not allowed to do any other work or hold another appointment.
• Candidates must report for duty within 15 days of the appointment order, or the appointment may be cancelled.
