• Special Advisor: MBA (HR)/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare from a recognized University/institution OR Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resources. Additional qualifications in Labour Laws, Organizational Development, Public Administration, or Change Management will be desirable. Requires a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or Administration. At least 10 years should be in a senior managerial position (General Manager/Executive Director/Director or equivalent) in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSES), Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Organizations, or Reputed Private Sector Organizations with substantial workforce management.

Age Limit
