• Senior Project Associate (Senior-PAT): M.Sc. in Life Sciences with 3 years of experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organizations and scientific activities and services. Experience in data management and modeling of the marine environment is desirable.

The maximum age limits for the posts are as follows:

• Project Associate I (PAT-I): 35 years
• Field Assistant: 50 years
• Senior Project Associate (Senior-PAT): 40 years

Salary / Pay Scale

The salary offered for the positions is as follows:

• Project Associate I (PAT-I):
  • Rs. 31,000 + HRA for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ ICAR/ ICMR NET (including lectureship/ assistant professorship) or GATE or have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/ DST or equivalent.
  • Rs. 25,000 + HRA for others.
• Field Assistant: Rs. 20,000 + HRA
• Senior Project Associate (Senior-PAT): Rs. 42,000 + HRA
