Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• PhD degree in the relevant branch of Science/Technology or equivalent.
• OR M.Sc. with CGPA not below 6.0 on a 10-point scale or 55% marks (where CGPA is not awarded).
• OR First-class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) in a relevant subject (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics etc.) with 3 years of post-qualification R&D/working experience.
• Relevant hands-on laboratory experience and a strong background in Bioinformatics/Parasite culture are also required.
