Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the essential qualifications and experience requirements for the respective posts.
Consultant (Civil)- Essential Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Must have 20 years or more of Engineering experience and have retired at the level of Executive Engineer/equivalent cadre [Pay Level 10 or 11 (VII CPC)] or above from Central / State Govt. / PSU / Govt. autonomous bodies.
- Desirable Qualification & Experience: Experience in Civil works, designing, estimation, construction management of large projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary consultants, architects, and construction agencies. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Higher Education University / Centrally Funded Technical University or Reputed Educational University.
- Essential Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University with one year of relevant experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with three years of experience in a relevant field from Central PWD/ State PWD or Similar Organised Services/ Statutory or Autonomous Organisations/ Central/ State Universities/ Autonomous Institutions or Private Organization.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the posts are:
- Consultant (Civil): 65 Years
- Technical Assistant (HVAC): 35 Years
Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration per month as follows:
- Consultant (Civil): Rs. 65,000
- Technical Assistant (HVAC): Rs. 29,200
Selection Process
