Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post.

• Civil Construction: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university/institute. Must have relevant cumulative experience in the power sector, with expertise in planning, construction, erection, and commissioning of large thermal power projects, including Rail/Road infrastructure.
• Construction Engineering & Project: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university or institute. Experience in engineering, project management, and execution of large thermal power projects, including EPC contracts, design review, commissioning, and project monitoring of BTG/BoP/Rail packages.
• Electrical Engineering & Commercial: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university or institute. Experience in the power sector with substantial experience in Electrical & Commercial functions related to thermal power projects. Proven track record in PPA negotiation, tariff negotiation, regulatory matters, and commercial dealings with DISCOMs, regulatory commissions, and other stakeholders.
• HR & Industrial Relations: Graduate with MBA/(HR)/PGDM (HR)/Master's degree in HR Management, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Management, including in thermal power plants, infrastructure, heavy engineering, or process industry. Experience in greenfield thermal power projects is desirable.
• Environment Engineering & Management: Graduate in Engineering with specialization in Environmental Management. Experience in Environmental Clearance/Forest Clearance activities/Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in thermal power plants, infrastructure, heavy engineering, or process industry is desirable. Experience in obtaining statutory environmental approvals for a greenfield thermal power project.

Minimum Experience Requirement: A minimum of 1 year of experience at a senior leadership position in the relevant field is essential for Consultant/Senior Consultant/Advisor/Senior Advisor posts.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for serving candidates is 65 years.

Salary / Pay Scale

The remuneration will be based on the candidate's experience in the specific field. Additionally, candidates will receive:

• Mobile charges: Rs. 1000 per month
• Transport allowance: 10% of the consultancy fee
• HRA: 20% of the consultancy fee
