Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements to be considered for the Young Professional post.
Educational QualificationA Graduate degree from a recognized university is required.
ExperienceMinimum of two (02) years of experience in relevant fields such as Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or Content Writing is required. Experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is preferred.

Salary and Contract Details
Selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis. The remuneration is fixed and consolidated.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 65,000/- per month.
Contract Period: Initially for a period of 01 year. This period may be extended based on requirement and satisfactory performance.
Note: A 5% annual enhancement on the base rate of remuneration is applicable as per policy.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve shortlisting of candidates based on the criteria devised by DDA. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the required essential qualifications, relevant experience, and the interview.
Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
